The office manager can not figure out billing and I am STILL getting past due payments from a procedure I had done in December. She is only available certain days of the week. My husband has spent literal HOURS trying to work this out. My insurance company says we have no patient responsibility on any of the bills submitted and they are in network for us. We did like Dr. Field, but she isn't returning after a baby. With SOOOO many dental options, save your time and go to a place that knows how to run their office...

There are so many nightmare scenarios when it comes to Dental practices & so many to choose from in Franklin, TN, but that's certainly not the case with MidTn Dentistry, quite the opposite. Their practice is professional, immaculate, modern & friendly. My dentist, Dr. Fields, has a kind staff & has worked through several procedures thoroughly & has presented different budgetary options. As for my dental hygienist, Olivia, she always asks if I'm comfortable, experiencing any discomfort & explains all procedures throughout my appointment. She's a true pro, makes me chortle, & best of all, makes my smile something to envy. I've been with the practice for the past 11 years & will gladly continue to do so.😁🦷🤙

Customer's Nightmare!!! The doctor and nurses are great, but the billing process and communications are pathetic to say the least. Out of my at least 10 years of dental care with different agencies, this is the worst. I have not been getting any communications. I have tried to call them at least 10 times, when it only goes to voice message. There will not be a response to your voice message. On top of it, the response you get is, it is Patient's responsibility to pay anything that Insurance denies. Guess what, it was the primary fault of the Dentist office that submitted a duplicate claim and I have to pay the price of fighting with the insurance for the Dental office fault. Sorry, I am out of this dentist, can't take it anymore!!!

I can’t recommend this practice based on my family’s experience. My wife was misdiagnosed and told the procedure would be covered by insurance. It was not covered because the insurance company disagreed with the diagnosis and so did a second dentist we consulted. We were left to foot the bill! Beyond the clinical issues, their billing department was nearly impossible to reach, unresponsive, and repeatedly failed to follow through on promises they made. There was a consistent lack of urgency and accountability at every level. We’ve since moved to a new dentist and haven’t looked back.

I had such a great experience with Areeg today! She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly, was very gentle, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does. Definitely one of the best dental visits I’ve had, highly recommend her!
